About Nutrisi Jantan and How We Work

Nutrisi Jantan is an English-language resource for men in Indonesia who want to understand natural supplements without the sales pitch. We write about men's vitamin formulas, ingredient lists, and daily routines. We don't sell supplements, and we don't take payment to place a product higher on a page.

Who runs this site

Nutrisi Jantan is operated by an editorial team based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Our office is at Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 12, Genteng, and you can reach us by phone at +62 31 531 8854 or by email at [email protected]. The team writes and updates the content you read here.

The desk is small on purpose. One group reads labels, one group writes and re-checks the comparison pages, and the same people answer the inbox. That means a question you send about a serving size usually lands with the person who wrote the line you are asking about. We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and we write in English because the formulas we compare are sold under English labels across Indonesia.

What we cover

We focus on natural supplements for men, the vitamins and minerals for men that appear most often in daily formulas, and the formats men actually take. That includes comparisons of well-known products, ingredient explainers, and routine-building guides. We stay away from cure or treatment claims, because supplements aren't medicine.

Energy and endurance formulas get their own chapter because that is where the ingredient lists diverge the most — some lean on B vitamins, some on iron-free mineral blends, some on herbal additions. We describe what is in the capsule, what the serving size looks like in practice, and who the format tends to suit. The same goes for popular products for men: we explain the shape of the formula, not a verdict on your body. Anything a doctor should decide stays with a doctor.

How we research formulas

We read product labels directly: serving size, nutrient list, and any extras beyond the standard vitamins and minerals. Where a product is noted as third-party tested, we say so. Where the label is unclear, we say that too. We compare products by purpose and format rather than by ranking them against each other for a single winner.

We start at the panel

Every comparison begins with the supplement facts panel. We record the serving size first, because a formula that asks for two capsules a day is a different commitment from one that asks for one. Then the nutrient list, in the order the label prints it.

We note what sits outside

Beyond the standard vitamins and minerals, we flag additions that change how a formula reads — herbal blends, digestive enzymes, extra minerals, or a deliberate absence such as iron. We name them plainly and say when the label does not explain a blend further.

We sort by purpose, not podium

A men's vitamin formula that suits someone who wants one capsule with breakfast is not the same product as a powder someone mixes after training. We describe who each format tends to fit and let you place yourself, instead of crowning one entry.

What we won't do

We won't invent reviews, ratings, or reader testimonials. We won't publish study results we can't point to. We won't use language that suggests a supplement treats or prevents a condition. And we won't let a brand pay for a better position on a list. If that makes our pages less exciting than some, that's a trade we're fine with.

In practice this shapes the wording you read. We say a formula may support a daily routine rather than promising an outcome. We describe a capsule's contents instead of its effect on your training week. When a label makes a claim we cannot check, we report the claim as printed and say we could not verify it. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here replaces a conversation with a qualified professional who knows your history.

Our editorial stance

Read the label, explain the format, describe who a product fits, and leave medical decisions to a doctor. That's the whole approach. We'd rather be useful than persuasive, and we'd rather say we don't know than fill space with a claim we can't support.

The same standard applies to healthy lifestyle products we mention alongside a formula — we describe what the product is, not what it will do for you.

How often we update

We revisit comparison pages when product labels change or when a new formula enters the category. If you spot something out of date, email us and we'll look at it. Corrections from readers are one of the main ways the pages stay accurate.

A reformulated product is the usual trigger. Serving sizes move, a mineral gets dropped, a blend gets renamed, and a page that was accurate last season starts to mislead. When that happens we re-read the panel and rewrite the row rather than patching a sentence. Pages that have not changed keep their original wording, because rewriting for the sake of it adds noise.

Where to start

If you're new, the comparison page is the fastest way in. If you already take something, the ingredient explainers will help you check whether it's doing what you think. The routine builder is for anyone who has a formula they like but keeps forgetting to take it.

Start with the formula comparison

Row by row, the same criteria for every men's vitamin formula we cover: serving size, what the panel lists, what sits outside the standard vitamins and minerals, and the format you actually swallow. Read it once and you will know what to look for on any pack in a shop.

Check the ingredients you are paying for

Our ingredient explainers walk through the vitamins and minerals for men that show up again and again, in the order a label tends to print them. Useful if you want to know whether the capsule you take with breakfast is the same idea as the one you read about.

Build a routine that survives a normal week

The routine builder asks where your meals and your training already sit, then fits the capsule around them. Most of the value is in the anchor — one moment in the day you will not forget — rather than in a strict schedule.

Questions we get about the desk

A few things readers ask before they write to us. If yours is not here, the inbox is open.

Do you sell the supplements you write about?

No. Nutrisi Jantan is a reading resource. We do not hold stock, take orders, or ship anything. That is exactly why a brand cannot buy a better position here — there is no shelf to buy it on. You buy a formula wherever you normally shop, and our pages help you understand what is in it before you do.

Can you tell me which formula I should take?

We can explain what a formula contains and who the format tends to suit, but we cannot tell you what fits your body. That depends on your history, your medication, and what a qualified professional already knows about you. Bring our pages to that conversation — they are written to be read alongside a doctor's advice, not instead of it.

Why do you not publish a single winner?

Because the criteria do not point one way. A man who wants one capsule with breakfast and a man who mixes a powder after training are shopping for different things, and a ranking would hide that. Our comparison pages list criteria against formulas so you can weight what matters to you — serving size, iron-free mineral blends, extras outside the standard vitamins and minerals, format.

How do you handle a mistake on a page?

We correct it and say what changed. Email the desk with the page and the line, and we will re-read the label. If you are right, the row is rewritten rather than softened. Reader corrections are one of the main ways these pages stay accurate, so a short note is genuinely useful to us.

Do you accept partnership notes from brands?

We read them, and we will look at a label we have not covered. What we will not do is trade a position on a page for payment, and we will not publish a formula description written by the brand. If you send product information, we check it against the pack ourselves before anything appears here.

Getting in touch

Questions, corrections, and partnership notes all go to the same inbox. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few working days. The contact page has the full details, including our working hours.

If you are writing about a specific formula, the label photo or the exact product name helps more than a description. If you are writing about a page, the sentence that looked wrong is enough. We do not run a newsletter, and we do not pass your message to a brand.
